Biomaa Oy

Biomaa Oy was founded in 1994. The company founder’s - Valto Tikkanen - idea was to offer cost-effective and high quality windrow compost processing. Today Biomaa Oy has developed its operations in contaminated land remediation and wood fuel crushing, as well as mass stabilisation.

Our growing company employs twenty field professionals. Our premises are located in Nurmijärvi where we operate to the rest of Finland.

Biomaa Oy has a Certification of Competence granted by Rakentamisen Laatu RALA ry (Construction Quality Association) for contaminated land remediation, mass stabilization and wood crushing.
